Enterprise Bargaining
Steve is experience in all facets of enterprise bargaining including:
- Advising about processes and procedures that must be followed;
- Assisting with the development of employer-appropriate content to ensure that the agreement aligns with an employer's objectives and culture;
- Drafting and reviewing in plain english to ensure that it is easy to read and easy to understand;
- Negotiating on an employer's behalf;
- Managing communications strategies for employers; and
- Drafting and advocacy support through to approval.
