Enterprise Bargaining

Steve is experience in all facets of enterprise bargaining including:

  • Assisting with the development of employer-appropriate content to ensure that the agreement aligns with an employer's objectives and culture;
  • Drafting and reviewing in plain english to ensure that it is easy to read and easy to understand;
  • Negotiating on an employer's behalf;
  • Managing communications strategies for employers; and
  • Drafting and advocacy support through to approval.
